Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a warm, professional, and timely manner
- Respond to guest inquiries, concerns, and requests with accuracy and enthusiasm
- Process transactions, reservations, or check-ins efficiently and accurately
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front-of-house environment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints with professionalism and empathy
- Uphold company standards and policies in all guest interactions
Requirements:
- Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or a guest-facing role preferred
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving ability and a positive, can-do attitude
- Ability to multitask and remain composed in a busy environment
- Reliable, punctual, and a true team player
- Basic computer and point-of-sale (POS) system proficiency
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed
